PTT Asahi is a Thailand based company which has restarted the commercial production of ACN. The company has ACN and MMA plants operating at Thailand.The units are based at Map Ta Phut in Thailand and have the production capacity of ACN around 2,00,00 tonnes/year. PTT Asahi Chemical is a joint venture between Asahi Kasei Chemicals, PTT and Japanese trading firm Marubeni.
