Japan based Taiyo oil has upgraded its aromatic plant after using a new transalkylation unit for the production. The technology being used behind this unit is UOP technology. Use of this upgraded technology has enabled them to increase the production capacity of Benzene and Xylene which is currently 3,00,000 mt/year again with low production costs.
