Asahi Kasei plans to close its No. 2 SM plant lastingly

Asahi Kasei is planning to shut its no. 2 Styrene monomer plant permanently. Plant is expected to be shut on February 15, 2016. It is located in Mizushima, Japan and having a SM production capacity of 320,000 mt/year.
