Japanese company Asahi Kasei has postponed the restart of its No.3 SM plant which is located at Mitzushima. Plant was scheduled to begin production in the month of mid- November, but due to technical problems plant will commence its operation till the end-November 2015. Plant has production capacity around 390,000MT/year.
