Celanese has announced its maintenance schedule for Butyl Acetate and Ethyl Acetate unit. The unit will be shut down in the first week of February 2019. The unit is likely to remain off-stream for around five weeks. Unit is based at Jurong island in Singapore and has the production capacity of 40,000 tonnes/year and 60,000 tonnes/year.
