Chevron Phillips Chemical is in the center of commissioning a new ethane cracker having the capacity of 1.5m tonne/year at Cedar Bayou, Texas, Garland. The unit will start receiving feedstock for the front end by this quarter. The unit will be completely operation by second quarter.
