Chinese LG Bohai is running its VCM plant at 70% capacity due to ongoing G20 meetings in China.
The plant is having the production capacity of around 400,000 mt/year in Tianjin, China.
As per the report the operating rates of the VCM plant will be back to normal in coming two weeks.
