CNOOC and Shell Petrochemicals shut its naphtha cracker

CNOOC and CSPC have shut its naphtha cracker because of a technical fault. It was shut on January 24, 2016 and having a production capacity of 950,000 mt/year. The cracker is located at Huizhou in Guangdong province, China.
