China based CNOOC Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co. Ltd., is planning to launch a new Deep Catalytic Cracker at Ningbo, China in 2Q, 2016. The DCC will have an annual capacity of 2.2 million tonnes of residual fuel and vacuum gasoil, and 420,000tonnes of Propylene.
