CPC Chem unit has restarted its alpha-olefin unit in US. Earlier the units were shut down in anticipation of hurricane Harvey. Now the company has decided to restart its units as all major other petrochemical producers have restarted their respected petrochemical units. The other two alpha-olefin units are out of production and may soon restart their production.
