LG Chem has been operating its cracker at reduced rates. Earlier the company announced that it will curtail its production capacity by 90% in the month of January 2020.
Unit is based at Daesan in South Korea and has the production capacity of 1.27 million mt/year and propylene capacity of 650,000 mt/year.
