Singapore based Shell has shut down its Ethylene Cracker due to technical Problem. The definite time for the Cracker to start production is uncertain. Cracker is located at Bukom and has production capacity around 800,000tonnes/year for Ethylene, 450,000tonnes/year for Propylene and 230,000tonnne/year.
