According to market source, Axiall Corp and Lotte Chemical Corp are both planning to start Ethylene plant in Louisiana. Ethylene Cracker will start around 2018 and will have production capacity of 1million tonne/year.
On other side, Lotte chemical is also planning to set up new MEG plant to future cracker.
