India has announced its Final Findings on antidumping investigations on phenol of European, South Korean and Singaporean origin. South Korean phenol will be exempt from antidumping duty if sold through certain exporters. Otherwise South Korean phenol will be subject to an ADD of US$77.19/tonne. Singaporean origin phenol sold through certain exporters will be exempt from ADD. Otherwise the material will incur ADD US$219.58/tonne. European origin phenol Meanwhile, an ADD of US$253.06/tonne will be levied on effectively barring European imports from the dutiable market sector.
