BASF has declared force majeure from its toluene diisocyanate (TDI) plant in Geismar, LouisianaThere has been enough supply for the chemical to meet up the demand since last few months. Earlier the consumption was reduced due to the outbreak of conronavirus. The plant based at Louisiana has a capacity of 160,000 tonnes/year.
