Singapore based Shell has announced a force majeure on supplies for Ethylene and Propylene from cracker at Pulao Bukom, because of unexpected technical issues occurred in last week. The authorities have not specified that for how long this force majeure will remain implemented. Cracker has production capacity to produce Ethylene around 960,000mt/year and Propylene around 250,000mt/year.
