Hanwa chemical is planning to shut its one of two lines of VCM plant in end-March 2016 for a maintenance turnaround. It is probable to remain shut for around 2-3 weeks.
It is placed at Yeosu in South Korea, the two VCM lines have a combined production capacity of 390,000 mt/year.
