According to market source, Nigeria based Port Harcourt Refinery was restarted with rising up production after maintenance.
As per market source, it had repaired a key product pipeline carrying gasoline to Lagos. Last week, it has been shut down the trukline after blast at Arepo in Southwestern Ogun state.
