On 28th and 29th July 2015, there was heavy rain in several parts of Gujarat specifically at Mundra, so the movement of container and port operations has been affected significantly. Rail traffic to and from Mundra is affected adversely due to heavy rains in Kutch and Banaskantha. Railway tracks have been badly affected due to heavy rains in Ahmedabad division. In current scenario the situation is under control and slowly operations are resuming back to normalcy.
