Japan based Idemitsu Kosan to restart its naphtha cracker at its Chiba plant after maintenance turnaround. At improved rate, Plant has been restarted from first week of June 2015, as per market source.
The plant is located in East of Tokyo and having production capacity of 3,74,000 tone/year.
