Idemitsu Kosan has shut down its cracker for maintenance turnaround. The unit was taken off-stream last week. The unit is likely to remain shut for around 6-7 weeks. The unit may resume its production by October end.
Unit is based at Chiba in Japan and has the manufacturing capacity of Ethylene of 3,75,000 mt/year.
