Indonesian Chandra Asri has restarted its cracker in the beginning of this week but is running with low operating rates. It was shut on Jan 15 on the back of technical issue. It is located in Cilegon, Banten region, the cracker having the ethylene production capacity around 860,000 mt/year and propylene capacity around470,000 mt/year.
