JX Nippon Oil and Energy is planning to shut its IPA unit for maintenance turnaround. The unit will undergo maintenance in the month of October and is expected to remain off-stream for around 2 weeks. Unit is based in Kawaski in Japan and has the manufacturing capacity of 85,000 mt/year.
