IRPC resume aromatics units operating rates to 100%

Toluene producer IRPC has ramped up operating rates at its Rayong-based aromatics unit to 100% since early January along with widen naphtha-to-toluene swell. GCP Source said that in mid-December IRPC was running its aromatics unit at 85%.
