Lukoil of Russia sold its petrochemical plant to Ukraine

Russian oil producer Lukoil has sold its Karpatneftekhim petrochemical plant in western Ukraine. The plant has been mothballed for the past two years. Lukoil did not disclose the amount of the deal or the name of the buyer.
