China based petrochemical manufacturer Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Corp (ZRCC) is presently operating its MEG plant at condensed rates.
Currently, The company is running its plant at 75% of its production capacity rates.
The MEG plant is located at Zhenhai, China having the production capacity of 650,000mt/year.
