South Korea based Korea Petrochemical Ind.Co.Ltd (KPIC) will shut down its MEG unit for maintenance turnaround. The unit will undergo maintenance on 6th April and is likely to remain off-stream for around one month. It may resume its production in the first week of May 2019. Unit is based at South Korea and has the production capacity of 2, 05,000 tonnes/year.
