Iran based Khorasan Petrochemcial Company has shut down its Melamine unit for maintenance repair work. According to company sources, enquiries will be responded for the month of August. Until 15 July there will be no feedback for any enquiry.
Moreover during Ramadan, all the plants are operating at reduced rate as working hours for its employees.
The KHPC is the only producer of melamine by high pressure method in Iran. The annual capacity is 20000 ton and the plant under license of Eurotecnica started in winter 1384 and in spring 1385 reached to %100 capacity.
