Brunei Methanol Company is likely to restart its Methanol plant at Sungai Liang. The exact date has not been announced for the restart of its unit. According to sources the unit is likely to restart its production by end of May. The company runs its Methanol plant at Sungai Liang industrial park and has the production capacity of 8,50,000 mt/year. It takes natural gas feedstock from Brunei Shell Petroleum as feedstock.
