China based Jiangsu Sailboat Petrochemical Company has postponed start-up of its new Methanol to Olefins plant. As per market source, plant was scheduled to begin production in 2015, but due to some reason plant will commence its operation till Q2, 2016. Plant will produce Ethylene and Propylene; it has combine capacity around 833,000tpa. Plant is situated at Lianyungang, China.
