Japanese major petrochemical producer Mitsui chemical is planning to restart its Phenol-Acetone plant in second week of December, 2015. Plant has been shut down from mid-October, 2015 for maintenance turnaround. The Phenol-Acetone plant which is located in Chiba, Japan has a production capacity of 190,000MT/year and 114,000MT/year, respectively.
