Japan based Cosmo Oil operates its Mixed Xylene unit at reduced rates. A fire was reported at its crude distillation unit on 22 June 2015.Operation rate for Mixed Xylene was reduced due to lack of naphtha as feedstock. Currently the plant is being operated at 60% of its operating capacity. The unit is based in Chiba, Japan.
