Zhejiang Xingxing New Energy likely to shut down its MTO plant due to technical fault. The unit has already cut down its production rate to 70% from its original capacity. It uses methanol as feedstock to produce Ethylene and Propylene. The plant uses 1,50,000-1,80,000 mt of methanol as feedstock.
