At least 10 anti-dumping measures against US exporters have been put in place, or reviewed, since June by China, India, the EU, and Philippines.
The moves are against US exports of mainly ethylene-derived products and they raise questions about the methods being used by US producers to gain market share as new shale-based capacities ramp up production.
India has startedanti-dumping against the imports of Polystyrene in June 2020 as the rates were different from Iran, Taiwan, UAE, Malaysia and Singapore.
