Idemitsu Kosan will soon restart its naphtha cracker after brief maintenance turnaround. Earlier the unit was shut down in the first week of April for an annual maintenance schedule. Unit is based at Chiba in Japan and has the production capacity of Ethylene around 4, 10,000 mt/year and Propylene around 1, 80,000 mt/year.
