Vostochnaya Neftechemicheskaya Company (VNHK) is developing a new petrochemical and crude oil refining project inside the Primorsk Region, Nakhodka City District, Russia, as per market source.
This company is also known as (FEPCO) Far East Petrochemical Company.
The site was chosen due to its nearness to the South-East Asian markets and presence of a sea terminal near Vostochnya port.
The project is to be completed near about 2025-28 and having annual capacity of 12mtpa.
