Saudi Aramco is planning to build a new refining and petrochemical Complex in Tuban, East Java province of Indonesia. Last week the Indonesian gov. has permitted Saudi Armco agreement to invest in Indonesia’s downstream energy sector through a series of partnership with Pertamina.
