According to market source, Russia’s Oil Company Lukoil has started a second catalytic cracking complex of vacuum gas oil (CCC-2) at the Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez refinery in Kstovo. At present, the refinery produce 3 million tonnes/year of fuel and New CCC-2 complex will increase Euro-5 class fuel production by 1.1millian tonnes. Likely it will produce Propylene and raw material for Petrochemical.
Company has provided $1 billion in the latest development plan.
