In order to build a new refinery, the Kuwait National Petroleum Company has sealed contracts around $13.20billion with South Korea Companies. The new refinery will be located at Al-zour, Kuwait and will be able to produce crude oil around 615,000b/d. As per market report, new refinery is anticipated to start it production in November, 2019 and it will be one of the largest refineries in the world.
