As per marker report, Formosa Petrochemical Corp has shut down its No.1 Residual Fluid Catalytic Cracker. Shut down of cracker as an unexpected outcome but reason behind this has been the technical fault in operation. The duration for this shut down has been specified by the company. Cracker is located at Mailiao, Taiwan and has a production capacity around 84,000b/d.
