No.3 and No.4 ACN lines restarted by Jilin Petrochemical

As per market source, Jilin Petrochemical restarted its No.3 and No.4 ACN lines, early this week. The lines were shut down last week due to mechanical issues. Two lines have combine production capacities of 118,000 mt/year.
