China Petrochemical Corporation is planning to shut down its No.4 Cracker. Cracker will remain shut down for maintenance turnaround in early November 2015.
Cracker is likely restarting its production after 2 month.
Plant is located at Linyuan, Taiwan and has production capacity around 380,000MT/year.
