Thailand’s PTTGC is planning to shut its Aromatic unit no2 for maintenance turnaround. The unit is likely to undergo maintenance in the month of November 2015. PTT Global Chemical is a leading player in the petrochemical industry and owns several petrochemical facilities with a combined capacity of 8.45 million tonnes a year.
The plant is located at Map Tha Phut and has the production capacity PX capacity of 655,000 mt/year, benzene capacity of 355,000 mt/year and toluene capacity of 60,000 mt/year.
