On 6th October night, fire occurred at Hexion Inc resin processing plant within Royal Dutch Shell Plc’s refining and Petrochemical complex. It is located at Deer Park, Texas. Fire was quickly under control with no losses have been reported. Refinery has production capacity around 316,000 b/d.
