PETRONAS chemical group is planning to shut one of its HDPE unit for maintenance. The unit is scheduled to undergo maintenance in the mid of April 2017. Unit is expected to remain off-stream for around 8-10 days. The unit has the manufacturing capacity of 2,40,000 mt/year. Unit is based at Kerteh in Terengganu in Malaysia.
