Indonesia based Pertamina and Saudi Aramco , the state-owned oil company of Saudi Arabia, on Thursday signed a heads of agreement for joint ownership, operation and upgrade of Cilacap refinery in Central Java, Indonesia with an estimated cost of $5.5 billion. The project forms part of Pertamina’s refinery development plant.
