Saudi Arabia’s Petro Rabigh restarted its Ethane cracker after completion of maintenance period. Esrlier the unit was shut dwon for three weeks on 13 November 2016. PetroRabigh at the time said the shutdown will impact its fourth quarter earnings by around 375 million riyals ($100 million).
