As per market source, Japanese major petrochemical producer Mitsui Chemicals has shut down its Phenol-Acetone plant for renovation. The Phenol-Acetone plant which is located in Chiba, Japan has a production capacity of 190,000MT/year and 114,000MT/year, respectively.
