Haverhill Chemicals has discontinued its Phenol/Acetone production. According to a statement published by company, the financial crisis company facing right now has compelled it to liquidate which in turn has led to ceasing of its operations at its plant site in Haverhill,Ohio.
Haverhill’s phenol/acetone plant in Ohio has a production capacity of 300,000 tonnes a year of phenol and 173,000 tonnes of acetone.
