Bluestar Harbin Petrochemical has taken its Acetone/Phenol unit off-stream. The reason for this shutdown has not been specified yet. The unit is based atHarbin city in Heilongjiang province having the production capacity of 1, 20,000 tonnes/year of Phenol and Acetone. Bluestar Harbin Petrochemical is a subsidiary of China Bluestar Group.
